The Tyrant version 0.3 (fix) (script file only)

here's now the proofreaded and corrected version 0.3. I also fixed some mistakes/bugs, like the cheat button, that shouldn't appear normally. (It's only for testing)
This post is set for public so you can copy the new script file in your "game" folder and overwrite the old one when you downloaded version 0.3 last month. New patrons will find the corrected version in the new game version 0.3(fix).
