It almost sounds like something anticipatory you'd hear on a news bumper before it returns to the program and you hear some bad news. That's sort of what i associate it with considering the results of the election. The fact the american flag is so front and center sorta makes me think that's what the songs purpose is. To be a positive, upbeat little bumper but ultimately is awaiting the results of something big and potentially bad.
