This takes place in the Lynn's challenge arc, where Lynn challenges you to get an innocent ice cream server to strip for you. You talked her into a late night swim in a stranger's pool where, after playing around, the girl and her friend end up giving you a choice between them by hiding and throwing their swimsuits at you. This is what happens when you choose neither.
