The backbone of their space fleet to combat the threats of the replicators and the Goa'uld.
While a bit outdated when facing the replicators it's more than capable of holding it's own against a single or a fleet of Goa'uld Ha'tak pyramid ships.
Powered by three neutrino ion reactors this ship can travel through hyperspace from one galaxy to another in only a few hours. Possessing the ability to transport crew, equipment and stargates from place to place it has no need for a array of shuttles and smaller transport craft. These ships can perform a range of missions from combat, scientific research and border patrols it's huge internal volume provides ample space for any facilities that many be required.
The Beliskner is featured in the TV series as the flagship of Thor the supreme commander of the asgard fleet. The ship has a brief show before being intentionally crashed into earths atmosphere to eradicate the ships replicator infestation before allowing the SG1 team and Thor to escape. An otherwise disheartening end to a glorious looking ship.
This model was procured as a 3d printing asset and modified by myself to make it animation worthy adding textures to it and lighting to bring it up to resemble the model used in the TV series filming.
I already have plans to do a bit of an animation with this ship fending off two ha'tak pyramid ships who attempt to attack a protected planet with Belisker awakening from inactivity to scare them off.
