I left the room for two minutes and it seems that my horny cat Bastet here found her way inside my workshop and helped herself to this unusual piece of bondage equipment. She even did us the service of locking herself inside to prove it works. Though not sure she thought out hoe to get out of it after words.
I may ship her off for some thorough testing later Probably involving dropping it into a tank full of slimy tentacles and possibly even hooking it's captive up to a car battery or two. Should have staid clear Bastet. You know what goes on in my workshop.
Though I think that's part of the problem.
