Vegeta Scouter Fix Release
Added 2025-08-06 12:08:50 +0000 UTCVegeta scouter has been updated with a fix for the disappearing scouter, I also added a version that has no SSJ transformation.

He didnt have that form when he arrived on earth so he shouldn't have it in his early form. Glad you gave us a choice. For purest like me , i like the way it was intended. So thank you for giving us a choice. Bravo.
