I think you misunderstood Willy. No other Tybur before him has taken control of the country. That's why he says that he now realises how heavy the wheel is, and why none before him took control. As stated by Willy, the Tyburs gave Marley their power and freedom, as atonement for the crimes of Eldia, all the Eldian opression that happened under Marley is on the military leaders of Marley. The Tyburs are guilty of letting it go as far as it has. Willy is now stepping in and taking control of the nation, for the reason that Magath explained, that the country is embroiled in constant wars, and is on the precipice of destruction.

Who is the enemy?!? Tell me! ...it's just normal people. I was also impressed that the story could set aside the main cast and still tell a captivating story. The side we've "hated" for 3 seasons has a lot of likable people.

I think the "Devil of All Earth" "figure" is leading you guys astray a bit. The DoAE is like a made-up religious figure used by Marley as propaganda to explain the origin of Titan powers and Eldians (people who can turn into Titans). To Marley (the oppressed ppl), Ymir Fritz (the Founding Titan or essentially the first titan to exist) gained this power by making a deal with Satan. To Eldians, Ymir Fritz was their progenitor depicted as an angelic bringer of light who shaped them into a nation and spread prosperity. The point the show is trying to make is that both of these are biased versions of the truth of the origin of titan powers/Eldians. The DoAE is more of a religious symbol or state propaganda. Not to say there is no truth to the story.

It's a statue of King Fritz. Allegedly, Helos was the one who fought and defeated King Fritz and forced him ta Paradis. Of course with everything YMMV. Marley is full of habitual liars and the Tyburs clearly just opportunistic backstabbers. Chances are they're full of shit. Also, its unlikely Willy could be the WH. They're clearly using him as bait to lure Eren out. They're aware Eren is in Marley. But, how the fuck do they know is what I wanna know.
