here comes another small update with today's work. It contains changes for the main points of criticism the game has gotten in the past weeks - the pacing and the new player tutorial. Gaining votes in the studio room should now be a lot quicker on default and easy difficulties. It's just another value for me and you to play with in order to find the perfect balance at some point. I will conduct a poll soon on what values you think work best.
Also, there are some new dialog options.

- Added a workaround for the game crashing during visual fx selection (the game will skip this step if it has crashed on this stage before)
