Update on the Update
Added 2021-05-17 07:53:06 +0000 UTCUpdate 5/23: I'm almost done with the update, but I'm having some conditional issues with twine. Twine is a mess when it comes to clean programming and I'm not used to that since I usually use Unity. It doesn't help that I didn't sleep more than 3 hours last night so my head isn't to good at processing the issues. Hopefully, I can finish this soon.
First of all, thank you so much for staying around and also the new people for showing up. I'm very thankful.
I'm also extremely embarrassed that I haven't been able to finish the update that I promised you two weeks ago would be finished in a matter of days. I think my embarrassment of the situation is kind of part of the problem. It makes working on it so much more difficult. That and the fact that the school I work for on a by-hour basis has been hiring me a lot in the last weeks. For the next three weeks I'll be working there almost every day, can you believe it? A month ago when I made the post about the update it was once a week tops. I'll try to squeeze in as much work on the update as I can.
Anyways, it really is almost finished, there are two out of three new endings already implemented and the third one is all planned out. The reason why I'm not uploading it yet is that the third ending is also the main content route that the player needs to undergo with a day-to-day routine to finish the game and I feel like that's what the whole area is about.
But this time I'm not going to make a promise that I'll get it to you this week even though I am (again) sure that I am, but my creativity flows in weird ways when I have to work on other things that much.
