Hey everyone,
this patch cycle has been a looooot of work. I've been adding new features until yesterday, so throughout the whole Alpha phase. I hope that everything is still stable enough to enter the Beta stage, but overall, I'm very happy with the new content. If you're easily frustrated with numbers and puzzles, please be aware that this is difficult and mainly unlocks more number shenanigans, namely the Fae Compass, with which you can modify the outcome of the weekly shows before they happen. I'm also very happy that some of you on the Discord have understood the value that the change to the worldseed brings to the game. You should spend less time reloading save games to reroll random chances and, instead, have more time playing the actual game.

I'm still figuring out the balancing for the fae minigames. There is a difference depending on your chosen game difficulty in the settings so that you can change their difficulty a little bit on your own. All modes are still supposed to be a challenge, but obviously, I don't want to frustrate players. At the same time, I don't want every part of the game to be beatable by any player, so I'm not inclined to just add a Skip-Button for players who don't want to spend time on the puzzles. That's not what gameplay should be, according to my game design philosophy. If the number puzzles aren't to your liking, I think the game still has plenty more to offer right now and that the reward item isn't for you, either, anyway. Still, I am aware that I still have more to learn about what players may not understand, what isn't clear enough, and how players perceive the difficulty. So please give constructive feedback on Discord. Just "It's too difficult" doesn't help, though. If you want the game to improve, let me know what exactly you find difficult to achieve, what level, what mechanic, so what specific interaction.
