V0.6.4 Beta Release

Hey everyone,
It's time for the V0.6.4 Beta release. Unfortunately, my wife brought home a nasty cold from a conference in Scotland last week, and I have been hit pretty harshly by it these last few days. Otherwise, this release would have been on time two days ago.
But I hope you understand that it took me a little longer like that.
I'm pretty happy with this patch overall, but I'm looking forward to the Doomsday true-ending questline coming to a conclusion in a couple of patches.
