V0.5.3 Progress Report
Added 2022-11-15 16:00:08 +0000 UTC
Hello everyone,
today I'm back with the progress report for V0.5.3, that has the name "Sim Kitty 2000"! But before I get to the overview of the content, I have some things to share.
I'm moving in two days from now, so my schedule is a bit in disarray right now. There's so much stuff I had to do and so much that is still ahead of me for this move. That and the upcoming release of Femdemic on Steam, have put me a bit off-course this month.
However, the new patch is not an incredibly large workload anymore, solely because I've already secretly included a whole bunch of content in the beta release.
But it'll still be a bit of crunch ahead of me to finish everything on time, so this may already be a bit of an apology if I'll be a few days late this time around. Alpha and Femdemic Steam release are also currently scheduled for the same day, and I'm not sure if that's a good idea. I'll keep you updated on Discord.
Anyways, let's see what this patch has to offer.
1. Kitty TF Branch
As the name already suggests, the main new TF branch is the kitty TF. It's the third, and final Katelyn TF branch, and happens when you fail the cleaning quest. I don't want to spoil too much, but I think at this point you already know what you can expect from a TF branch like this. Some new mechanics, a whole new main character outfit and of course body transformations, as well as a new ending.
This is, however, the last main TF branch that the game will get, and that is a bit scary for me. There will be a lot more content, but it'll be focused on other aspects of the game, e.g. the Ally or Enemy stories, the male contestants stories, and of course the true ending.
2. Christmas Calendar 2022

If you've been a Patron last December already, I'm really thankful that you're still with me. But, you'll also remember last year's advent calendar. Well, the event is back and brings with it 24 all new things to buy on the market. You can open a new package that unlocks something new every single day. Every third day is only for Alpha access, but on Day 24 everyone will be able to open everything. I love giving out surprises like that, and I hope you'll enjoy the content as well. As mentioned above, this is already embedded in the current beta release, but please don't spoil the fun of opening your presents one-by-one. Santa will be upset!
3. Himari's Bedroom

You've seen the new doors in the hallways. Now you'll be able to look through the first keyhole - Himari's room. You won't find much on the other side at first to be fair, but... progress! Of course, at some point, there will be content related to this new room. For now, it's just there, much like the new locker room from last patch.
4. Katelyn Gym Poses

Finally, FINALLY, the last of the placeholder graphics will be removed from the game, and replaced with a glorious new version. Check out Katelyn working out in the gym in all her new beauty. There are more graphics like this in the works, but I have no idea how many if any are going to be finished for the Alpha release.
5. Reworking some branches for the Week 10 Finale
Finally, since the Week 10 Finale has been introduced, some of the previous content has been in disarray a bit. I'm going to go through each branch to fine-tune how things work with the new deadline, as well as incorporating possible previous endings that could be skipped if you didn't reach them in time into the Week 10 Finale.
As always, those are just the main features, there'll be some more surprises along the way. Specifically, the Christmas Calendar this year has some surprises in store, but I don't want to spoil the fun.
Now, I'm going to have to start disassembling my workstation, so that the move to the new place can proceed without any issues. Hope to be back at work fully on Friday.
As always, I'll keep you all updated on Discord almost daily from now on, so if you want more info, join the community.
Best,
Rel

Sorry, that’s not possible. There will be multiplayer features.

2022-11-19 10:16:44 +0000 UTCI've all progress due to a hardware failure. I've had a ton of stuff unlocked already and I don't want to invest the time again to regain everything. I wouldn't mind so much if you could reach every branch of the story with just the base game. Unfortunately, you've implemented some kind of checksum in the legacy json. Why? It's not like this is a multiplayer game where tinkering with the stats would give you an advantage. How can I skip the grinding and regain the legacy points?
