Regina ripped it out to show Snow that she’s growing darkness in her heart (from killing Cora) and decided to give it back knowing that it would consume her. So, when Geppetto/Marco confesses to Snow about lying about the wardrobe, her inner darkness (that is growing) smacks Geppetto. She instantly knows that it’s wrong and it’s something she would have never done, but now she has this inner darkness growing inside and it’s causing conflict between what she knows is good versus her instincts. I hope that makes sense 😭 As far as Tamara’s deal, there isn’t much that we know, yet. She lied about having cancer and says that she’s completely human. Looks like she purposely ran herself into Neal. Looks like this has been a plan long in the making but don’t know why or where it’s going 🤷🏻♂️
