I don't really know how gun ownership works in Canada, but I suspect it might have something to do with the fact that he showed his gun to a minor and where he keeps it might be considered child endangerment. Or the fact that he had it on school property, which might be illegal. Or a combination of the two!

2025-08-14 19:09:37 +0000 UTC- I still can’t believe this was the first episode of degrassi I ever watched fully, seven year old me had no business watching this 😭 - to this day clare should’ve whooped jenna’s ass, little edwards didn’t get down like that but trust her time will be coming - season 10 of degrasi takes place in 2010 since it was a whole summer of new episodes everyday, so you could say season 9 takes place like late 2009 to early 2010. - the nuance of Declan & Fiona’s sibling relationship is very strong to say for their first season but after a certain diabolical situation, with the certain lifestyle that they have it becomes “normal” for them

He spent nights alone with one of his students He gave alcohol to a minor And he tried to solicítate a minor So even though he didn’t touch him he did a lot of other illegal stuff.
