Gawd it's been a MINUTE since I've seen this show ever since Eric Camden broke my heart and grossed me out. I forgot how insane this show gets and we're just at the first episode LOL. The incest is a WILD choice that could only be explained by "it's Hollywood, baby". This was one of the very first shows I ever watched as a kid and I'm not American so I GENUINELY for the longest time thought that the whole "excited to get periods/dad's getting super involved/telling dad about it like you're telling him you got straight As/dad getting you your first period product" thing is a normal thing in America. I mean, it's super weird to me but hey, who am I to crap on someone else's culture?? Turns out, THIS is weird too. Damn, this show lied to me good. I do love Happy the dog, though. And Simon and Ruthie are the best. Hilarious reaction, especially about the incest. Wish you'd pick it up as a regular show at least for the first few seasons.
