I respected that Disney tried something different and took a risk, but I kind of hated the ending and still do.

When I first watched it, the ending (mainly the concept of Mack and Brady forgetting each other after everything they went through) made me really disappointed. I'm wondering if other kids felt the same way. Now that I'm rewatching this 10 years later as an adult, I don't hate the movie as much as I remember and I can definitely respect the ending more.
