Diggle is an alternate Diggle not the one we know from arrow though it's assumed his life is similar to the earth prime version as he mentions oliver and lyla The reason superman was evil in John's earth is actually different than you think he still crashed in the Kents feild but they both died in a car crash a few years later so he was sent to foster home where his foster dad was abusive towards him and his mum so he ended up killing him in a fig of rage and was locked up in a military prison until he was able to escape and take on the mantle of superman but the trauma stayed with him and he quickly lost faith in humans as he saw that no matter how many times he saved them they just wouldn't change so when that maths morgan edge showed up he willingly joined his crusade no mind citric necessary

Why are people blaming Kyle and Lana. it's really simple. First when something terrible happens you want to blame someone. Kyle being one of the people who pushed so heavily for the deal is an easy target. As for Lana, they have a very legitimate reason. Lana believed Edge was turning citizens of Smallville into Kryptonians, wiping away the old person for an alien life. She believed this. And she still helped sign up her follow townspeople without sharing her beliefs with them. While she had no proof it is still something she believed. Imagine if you knew someone who was setting up their friends to go on a date with someone they believed to be a human trafficker. They didn't have proof but they believed it to be true. And they still set people they knew to go out with them. You would be furious. And rightfully so. Regardless on if that person believed in time they would be able to prove that the person was a criminal.
