I don’t think the fiancée bumping into Neal was random as much as you think. Neal says they are going to borrow the car from “a friend,” which i’m assuming is the fiancée. I think when she says “thank god I caught you” is because of the fact that Neal, Emma, Henry and Rumple are in a rush to get to Storybrooke, so she thought she wouldn’t get to say bye to her fiancée before they left. I don’t think Emma wanted to be introduced to the fiancée, I think she was reminding Neal that they NEED to go! Henry said he was 11 years old in the last episode. I think Emma is bothered by the fiancée, maybe she still has feeling for Neal? Yes, I know she hated Neal for those 11 years for screwing her over, but she finally got the closure she was seeking for. If Neal didn’t screw her over, she wouldn’t have had the potential to break the curse, so maybe she understands? Idk. Maybe old feelings are coming back? Only time will tell! Snow White was definitely always royalty! The show does it different where Charming isn’t actually a Prince here unlike in the original where Snow and the Prince were both royalty. Hook finding Rumple NYC is CRAZY. I live in NYC and I don’t even know how to traverse the city all that well 😭
