I think just dealing with conflicting memories. Idk how old Snow White was before the curse, but she (and everyone else) have 28 years worth of memories of who they were as their cursed selves. It’s probably hard to break that habit that has been built for 28 years.

Both David and Charming Both Snow White and Mary Margret they have all accepted that they are now from both worlds so that’s why they use the names interchangeably
