2025-04-07 20:04:18 +0000 UTCI'm glad you're being honest about not being into Elena or her love story. It's true she's not that interesting. I think in real life we'd appreciate a kind hearted, loving person like her while disliking girls like Katherine who lie, manipulate and stab people in the backs. But this is a TV show and I think they could've made Elena more fun to watch while still making her the 'good' girl.

He's just been a good son, while his dad continuously used him as a tool. I mean there's no way the dad could've predicted this so I don't blame him too much. It's almost a relief he died too as I can't imagine the kind of guilt he'd have to live with.

At the scene where Damon and Stefan was reading that book, they did that because Katherine was in the house and she has super hearing. Stefan asked if Damon found anything to help them in the book, Damon did but he couldn't say it without Katherine hearing it too, so he said "nope" and pointed to the information that could help them. Stefan saying "that's too bad", to play along with what Damon was doing so Katherine wouldn't know they found the answer to their situation. I never liked Luka and I feel bad that he died but that was on his dad in my opinion. They should have just tried to work with Bonnie and the rest of them and if Jonas didn't want to do that, Jonas could have waited until the Salvatore house was empty one day and went and took the dagger out of Elijah and just kept the dagger so they wouldn't use it on him again. It made sense that Katherine only cared about wanting to help them because she cares about Stefan and wanted to keep him alive. It's been obvious since we knew about Katherine and seen her for the first time, that she's always been in love with Stefan and not Damon. I don't know why Damon still acts surprised when finding out she always chooses Stefan over him.

2025-04-06 19:20:10 +0000 UTCI love Bonnie and Jeremy together, at least at the moment I do. I still think Caroline has been handling her situationship with Matt the wrong way, if she had been honest with him or at least gave better explanations as to why she been all over the place with him, I'm sure he would have been more understanding at the time but she never bothered to do that. I love Caroline's character but she has a bad habit of not explaining herself right, or she comes off too strong when expressing herself and that's what she always did with Matt so I understand why he's always so frustrated or confused by her explanations. Even Caroline herself said that she's not good at explaining herself, so I don't see how it's Matt's fault that she hasn't been honest with him from the beginning or that he caught her in lies. Matt absolutely deserved that song in my opinion, I don't understand how him just wanting the truth from her and not wanting Caroline to play in his face makes him a "baby". What I will say that I dislike about Matt this episode, is the way he blew up at her when she did tell the truth and I agree in that specific scene he did act like a "baby", but it's understandable he acted that way I just disliked it at the same time but everything else before that I completely understood where he was coming from and still think he had a right to be upset. I think when it comes to Matt and Caroline's situationship, you refuse to see it from Matt's pov and that's why he always annoys you so much. It makes sense though because the show follows and shows the povs of the vampires, but I still try to at least see the outsiders povs too, not just Matt's but Jenna's too. Matt's feelings are very valid, not saying Caroline's aren't but like I said she hasn't been handling things right and it's not Matt's fault. During Caroline's song, Matt probably just looked over at Elena because he felt her staring at him, not to get approval from Elena 😭 Caroline's voice is absolutely beautiful though.
