I actually really enjoy Woody's character when he's written as more than just a gross guy. His delivery is so good when given quality material to work with. I tire quickly of the token 'fat' and 'unattractive' characters in shows being given no personality outside of being gross and undesirable. And it's actually quite a harmful trope to have in a kids' show. Joke's on the show writers though, because the actor is straight hottie now!
