Love the show. I know it got less overdramatic over time and slow at some points but I enjoy it. I like that they brought back Bevin but I wish we would have seen her and Skills get back together. They just show it. Chris Keller is fun and I enjoy Tyler's music and performance at the concert.
Didn't need him and Chase being stalkers though. Also Nathan and Haley were married when she met Chris so Nathan questioning that Chris named his guitar after his wife is fair. Naley remain an A tier couple. I think it makes sense Mouth would name an organization for Jimmy and Keith. I know we didn't see enough of Jimmy but Mouth did get into announcing as a kid with him and Keith was involved with that river court crew. I do personally really dislike the "everyone can be redeemed" trope especially when it comes to parents who were shitty most of their lives. I'd rather us normalize healthy boundaries and even burning bridges with parents who are abusive/neglectful cuz that can be healthy and not always forgiving parents cuz they're parents can be harmful in some relationships. So I'm with you on not loving that storyline for Brooke and her parents. But it's a decent ending and I like how they showed them younger and older.

I agree completely with everything in your review. The last two seasons of OTH just brought down the show. This series finale was "eh" but I didn't feel much of anything. The sing along to the theme song was nice but that's all.
I kind of enjoyed your storyline you would have if the show is successful with it's return...

"If Nathan isn't in it, I wouldn't want to watch it." That is literally how I feel about this reboot lol unfortunately James hasn't indicated he'll be on it though
