The reason one of the sisters is able to move out of the manor now as opposed to when Paige first came along is because they're a different level of Charmed Ones at this point than they were back when Paige first joined them. Back then, they HAD to live together because that was the quickest (and safest) way for Paige to learn the craft, and learn about her powers, and get up to speed to help out her more experienced sisters w/ the demon fighting. Paige was nowhere near as adept at orbing back then as she is now. And it really wouldn't be "hard work" for her to orb to Hong Kong to find and bring Phoebe back if the Power of Three was needed. Paige's powers have grown to include her being able to sense her sisters and orb to them without too much effort. Her orbing was a definite game changer for the sisters, one thing they never had w/ Prue. Agreed on the relationships feeling a bit rushed, though I'm not sure you're correct in that it's only been one month that Jason and Phoebe have been dating.
