Hanna is not handling Alison being back well. She’s having kind of an identity crisis and is wanting to distance herself from her. Also I think it’s understandable that Caleb being back would mess with her head. He is her first real love and as annoying as it is that they put her with Travis just to dump him, it’s not like they knew that Caleb’s spin off would be canceled and they would have to bring him back. He’s way too meaningful of a character to just get rid of him.
