Diary. 1. I can't drink alcohol at all. I feel bad  after 0,4 glass of wine. 😅.....  2. In order to constantly be in nirvana )))😌, you must have a very calm psyche.)) And is it possible when you live in this world? It looks like an illusion. Lack of neurotic, stressful reaction. Of course, it is still difficult for me to perceive the whole world as an absolutely perfect system. I find it difficult to treat violence and pain as completely normal things. Although, if something exists, if something was created by the universe, by God, by nature, then it was created for some purpose, it plays its role and performs its important function. Therefore, it is normal to accept the world as an ideal system, and not to fight it. Just choose your harmonious path. Easy to say but difficult to do. What is the reason or purpose for the existence of infernal systems, beings, worlds? Apparently free will gives rise to the possibility of choice: creation or destruction. And most likely violence acts only on violence, violence recycles/destroys violence. I do not think that violence acts on higher beings and higher worlds. I used to look at a person who is being offended and thought that this was not fair, but now, analyzing my life, I understand that every time you are humiliated or when you are bullied or not appreciated, it is because you don't value yourself, you make fun of yourself, you humiliate yourself. If you really loved yourself, appreciated and respected, you would not stay among these people, you would not allow yourself to be treated like that, you would simply leave and choose your own path, where you will feel good and comfortable. Or in a past life you did something terrible, and now it comes back to you (but if it comes back, it means that you have not changed and continue to carry the algorithm that caused the violence in past lives). So is there any injustice in this universe at all, or is the world absolutely perfect in every fleeting movement? Everyone decides for himself.
