It's hard to say, since there aren't any direct specific clues as to what happened to it. In fact, we aren't even told something happened to it, we just know it for a fact since Robin visited that same place but only saw Joy Boy's apology letter poneglyph. I think the better question is not so much where is it, but rather who/what took it? It's odd that someone would go through the trouble of taking the red poneglyph but leaving behind the blue poneglyph when it could still be incredibly valuable. And why? Did Neptune willingly take it somewhere safer given the surge in pirates in the Great Pirate age? Or did someone else just take it and run away with it? Personally, I feel a location that makes great sense to have a Road Poneglyph would be Elbaf and it would line up nicely with it being the Straw Hats' destination. The people of Elbaf venerate the sun much like others who protect Road Poneglyphs, so it lines up, but that would imply Elbaf had that poneglyph all along. It just seems odd for them to take one from Fishman Island and it's never been implied Neptune has any good connections with Elbaf. It's honestly still a big mystery and I feel Oda hasn't left too many traces to follow in purpose since I think he wants to surprise us with this.

Hey Artur, don't know if you've talked about this before but what are some of the clues to where the last road poneglyph is, and where do you think it is?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH THAT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY, IF THEY CONSIDER ZEUS SO USELESS BIG MOM MIGHT JUST GO AND MAKE A NEW ONE FROM THE STORM CURRENTLY OVER ONIGASHIMA. RAIN AND LIGHTNING WOULD MAKE FOR GREAT ATMOSPHERE FOR LUFFY AND KAIDO'S FINAL BATTLE HONESTLY, SO I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THAT. WOULD BE A GREAT WAY FOR ZEUS TO PROPERLY GO BACK TO NAMI AS WELL, WHICH I REALLY HOPE HAPPENS SINCE NAMI DID SAY SHE NEEDED A BIGGER LIGHTNING. I WAS WONDERING IF PROMETHEUS WANTS TO PLAY INTO THAT UPCOMING NATURAL DISASTER HIMSELF, BUT HIS LINE OF ZEUS BEING SO WORTHLESS DOES MAKE ME THINK AS WELL IT IS GOING TO BE THE CREATION OF A NEW HOMIE. IF THEY DO THOUGH, I WONDER IF THE NAME MIGHT BE NORSE LIKE YOU SAID (GIVEN HER CONNECTION TO ELBAF) OR GREEK LIKE ZEUS AND PROMETHEUS. FUN FACT ABOUT THOSE TWO, IN THE MYTH OF PROMETHEUS, WHO STOLE FIRE FROM OLYMPUS, ZEUS (THE GOD OF HEAVENS AND LIGHTNING) WAS FURIOUS AT HIM FOR DOING SO, AND THUS THE TWO WERE MORTAL ENEMIES, SO THIS WHOLE FEUD IS QUITE FITTING. EITHERWAY, I'M REALLY EXCITED TO SEE WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN, AS BIG MOM IS CERTAINLY WORTH KEEPING AN EYE ON, LET'S NOT UNDERESTIMATE HER JUST BECAUSE THE FOCUS IS NOW ON KAIDO! AAAAAHH!!
