Anthony had wandered into the wrong part of the forest and, like so many men before him, was lured into a witch's lair, where his foolishness had earned him the fate of being cursed into a stupid, braying donkey. Unlike the men before him, however, he narrowly escaped before the curse was completed, sparing him a life sentence of donkey-hood-- although much to his dismay, the changes he'd already sustained were quite permanent.
Two months later and at the end of his rope, Anthony visits the hospital, desperately hoping that some medical miracle could reverse the changes and he might be able to have a normal life again. Unfortunately, he'd just subjected himself to a grueling, humiliating process of being prodded and probed by clueless doctors who were just as stupefied by his condition as he was.
First he was a man. Then he was a donkey. And now, he's a medical mystery.
