Update From Brooklyn

Hey yall! Kiki video has been in counterclaim world for 10 days, so if all goes as expected it should be reinstated publicly tomorrow (?) or soon or whatever.

In the meantime, this copyright strike has been wonderful for my business, as I welcome all the hundreds of new patrons!

patreon aint been the mecca it regularly is as I am doing Way Too Much™ with lectures and another EP and video and research, but we've got a few things to rely on here:

This is a non-recorded livestream where I talk a bit about what I'm thinking about, recent and upcoming projects, then I begin to take callers and questions on various topics. We're doing it fairly short notice but it is happening and it is happening and it happened and it will happen.

BOOK CLUB: The Gift by Lewis Hyde JUNE/JULY

Important info about which version of this book to acquire!

The Gift was initially published in 1983 with the subtitle Imagination and The Erotic Life of Property. It was reprinted in 2006 and 2007 with alternative subtitles and covers.

I personally wanted to acquire the 80s original with the by far most enticing subtitle, and I didn't know if the newer more popular version were the same. Seoyoung Park, an active Patron and Book Club member took the initiative to contact Lewis Hyde directly and confirm that these are functionally the same book.

With that sorted, here is the schedule ~! for the text threads that I post within which we discuss portions of the book in comments.
