Hotel didn't know which rooms were booked or open someone must've messed up and I walked into not one but two rooms with other people in them before I got an open room. Never happened in my life

Especially when I worked at Holiday Inn and sometimes guest's rooms were assigned at check in, not before. Had it happen a few times where I'd go to check on a room that was marked vacant only to disturb some sleeping family LMFAO
