ESW News - Sept apology and Halloween double suggestions all month

I apologize for the lack of updates last month, not only was I busy from work, but also devastated from the loss of my car and such, all caused by Irma. I'll try to have new content ready this month.
And to make up for the losses on the weekly sketch suggestions I was suppose to post up, we're having double suggestions all week for Halloween, but it has to be Halloween themed, such as characters dressed up as other characters, turned into monsters, or even getting into supernatural situations.
