How not to take photos #31

With this model, I messed up big time. Imagine this: you’ve got a girl who’s open to almost anything — seriously, a lot (but hey, within reason 😊). And her figure? Absolute fire. The body, the curves, the hips. Athletic, well-groomed, into fitness. Those hips — unreal (yes, I’m repeating myself because they really were amazing). Fun, blonde — totally my type.
The chest? Perfect. Yep, silicone. Actually, this was my very first time working with implants.

So, you’ve got everything you need for a perfect shoot… and yet you blow it. Why? Because you’re a beginner, with little experience. Hands shaking, eyes darting. And the technical mistakes? Brutal. Aperture off, focus all over the place. The result? Meh… mediocre shots.

Here’s the scene: early morning, beach, barely any people around. I put her in a pose, shoot from some weird angle — and everything goes downhill. Then people start showing up, and I freeze. Get nervous, tense. And just like that, the magic is gone. The model won’t open up the way she could have.

Instead of changing the angle, trying something bold, I keep shooting nonsense. The result? Terrible pose, awkward fingers, dead expression. What was I even trying to capture? Honestly, I have no idea.

There’s no point in nitpicking her body — she’s perfect. The real failure? The pose, the flow, the angles. A total crash on all fronts. And who’s to blame? The photographer who didn’t direct the process. Yep, that’s me.

So remember this: don’t make the same mistakes. Learn from mine before you make your own.
