Patreon has managed to make his inconvenient accountancy (a system for logging payments of club members) even more inconvenient.
It's hard to believe, but they did it.
Nevertheless, we seem to have successfully renewed all subscriptions of all users whose successful payment we saw in these extremely confusing reports. If one of you does not see the new content now, but you are sure that the payment was made successfully, write us a private message, this will allow us to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
if you make a payment manually or it occurs after the date and time of publication of this message, write to us about it. Otherwise, we may notice it only after many many days. I hope the Patreon programmers will fix this confusion in the near future, but for now - we just can't filter everything correctly, do the sorting and check more carefully. Checking 250 users without these functions is a hell of a job for 2 hours. Therefore, we do not have the opportunity to do this often, your messages (in case of problems with subscription renewal) will allow us to fix everything quickly.

Hey again. Just a update, managed to find the missing pages in one of the archive folders. But hopefully this will help should it happen again. I just logged in to retrieve the latest batch of pages, but i noticed there were a few missing even though i havent logged in between april and today, mainly page 1298-1316. I have downloaded the rest after page 1316 today, so i really only need the missing pages.

2025-07-25 09:16:25 +0000 UTChi. As far as we can see, you didn't renew your subscription in January, and there was no payment. In December, you extended your subscription to the last one, which happens automatically. we usually renew all subscriptions on 3-4 days of the month, on other days if we have not received notifications about this event, we simply do not know that there was a payment. It is tedious to check this every day, given that there are few such "late" payments. That's why your subscription wasn't renewed in December - you didn't report the payment on December 11th. We only saw it when renewing subscriptions in January and extended your subscription for 1 month. However, since there was no payment in January, the system stopped your account and archived it. Unfortunately, our work model has become poorly compatible with Patreon's stupid ideas, they changed this recently and made our work more difficult. Once again. Therefore, when you make a payment, just remind us about it and such situations will not arise. Or, if possible, cancel the payment this month and resume on the first day of the next month. This will allow our system to process your payment automatically. I sent you a screenshot of the payment details in a personal message so that you can see more details. I have currently activated your account and you can see the content from last month in it. But since there has not been a payment for January yet, we will have to wait to receive new content.

2025-01-08 04:45:25 +0000 UTCI just read this post - I think I may be missing last month's content and this months content - I also just saw now my subscription was suspended despite still being a member? Unless I'm missing a mistake on my end.
