chernoborg core city is the city from season one so they bascially stole a city and drive taht into another - which is kind of one of the dumbest plot points - but sadly how we know from reality dumb stuff "like this" actually happens this ties into - iirc - one of the problems you had with s1 plot - though couldnt say much there to explain i cause spoiler but yeah this is part big reveals starting to come in... - though cant still say more cause spoiler for next season (<,<)
