The Research Shop is still under construction, but once everything is set up the Research Lab will be open for everyone. Lots of new items & Shiny Fossil Pokemon will be introduced with this new update, and rumour has it there will be a special Golden available to discover for the first month of release!
We initially wanted to just add held items to wild Pokemon as a smaller update (for the sake of adding variety to Promo items), but figured we could expand a bit to help introduce the long-awaited Shiny Fossil Pokemon.
