I think the quality of your art is nice yes ! I saw that you think that your shading is a little flat, try to put a black and white filter on your drawings to maybe improve the the values of you're not doing that already. Also if you want to improve more try maybe to do more backgrouds and make the character interact with the background more. If it's not clear, for example the WIP of tao blu you posted recently we can feel like the character is really in a intimate space and that we are watching them !
