Oh that's so cool. Thank you for that! I'm going to have to read about it. :) I'm reading the books now, but am only on the second. Love them so far! I usually try to avert my eyes whenever I see the words "in the books" in the comments, lol

2019-06-20 19:39:47 +0000 UTCThe link worked earlier when I was at work but isn't working now on my phone ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Lots to say about this episode, glad you really enjoyed it. The bit with the skull from Joe's office in 1968 passed me by in the book on first read, but was gobsmacked by it on the second. So Claire is holding the skull of a woman she killed 200 years before, but wouldn't kill for another 3 months... that's a brain boggler lol. Loved what they did with Yi Tien Cho hooking up with Margaret, in the books he went on the run because people thought he'd killed someone at the Governor's party but it was actually Margaret's brother. There may be a link between Joe Abernathy and Geillis probably that he's a descendant of one of her slaves but I don't think it's really ever confirmed. Yay for Lord John, saved Jamie again and the way he handled the young captain was awesome. Onward to America! (Though really still in Scotland but don't tell 🤫 lol) btw the Jamaica scenes and the ship scenes were filmed in South Africa on the Black Sails sets.
