+ Fixed Enable Booster Condition
[Special Settings] -> Scans

+ Fixed Disable Item Requirements
If you already have the settings.lua file then drop this table in the same folder. There are no changes to the Form menu. So, if you set that to do not show then you arent missing out on anything. Also, the chances of those purchasable perks/boosts are extremely slim.
