Shmi deserved better. Why the fuck would they NOT get her off Tatooine? Even if anakin couldn't see her that didn't mean she should be allowed to suffer!

2025-10-22 03:43:26 +0000 UTCIf Anakin's arrival is causing Force users to panic, then him gathering skilled Padawans for what is basically a "Force neutral" group will damn near give them heart attacks. He's built a foundation - figuratively & literally - to destroy Sidious's plans and give the Jedi a kick in the balls they need to get their shit together, but with his knowledge and the awesome ship he's made (the 1st of many I'll bet), he'll be a walking nightmare that no one is ready to deal with. And as soon as he said the line, "I have altered the deal. Pray I do not alter it further," I knew that Darth Vader wasn't dead, he's just being quiet, waiting for the chance to show the galaxy how much of a menace he was. >:) He's also taken to raiding compounds and places with expensive resources to make quick cash (and to piss off Sidious by stealing all his cool stuff), and covering his tracks so even Force users can't track him. Changes are coming to the galaxy far, far away, and Anakin Vader is leading the charge in a subtle yet aggressive way. I even had a laugh at how even though Shmi is free, she's basically the adoptive mother of 3 kids besides her own. And she's doing a good job despite living with 2 versions of her son, one of which is a headstrong, super-powered 'adrenaline junkie' (her own words) with ambitions she couldn't even fathom - not yet at least.
