Especially since Oak would have a lot of high level connections due to who he is. I do wonder who you had Oak’s wife and Gary’s grandmother be given it’s clearly not Griselda, given she doesn’t seem to know a damn thing about Gary and they haven’t seen each other in 31+ years. Mostly just curious if it’s some OC who passed away or Agatha. I love the Pidgey. Pidgeot doesn’t get enough love.

If you can't work with what's already out there to get what you want out of a story that's on you. At least in my opinion. Might of been different in the first 2 or 3 gens but not now.
