Honestly her sugar daddy turned boyfriend....if it was me and I found that out I'd run for the hills. She wants money she is the typical hot girl that wants a nice guy but in the end gets treated like dirt because she threw all the nice guys to the curb... Sorry she is hot AF but I wish society changed. Nice guys like myself will always find the one and the hot girls will not gonna say it but she really should change her ways if she wants to find real good true love.

to me it seems like it was the date idea she didnt appreciate she probably compared it to her older date and it didnt match the vibe. First date should always be simple, a restaurant with italian food never goes wrong works everytime and you actually get to know each other.

A girl will never say what the real reason is of why she doesn't want to be with him. Only she knows. If you noticed she didn't give a real answer of why she didn't think it would work with them. I'm guessing because she didn't want to hurt his feelings. I'm sure it's either in the looks category or personality. But, as the saying goes, all is fair in love and war.

I think what most people don't 'take into consideration is that a man. no matter what good qualities he displays. how good looking he is or how appealing he may otherwise be, he will not be able to keep a woman who does not want to be kept by him. Simple truth. The best approach is to accept it and move on. There are many choices out there. I was extremely blessed beyond my expectations. I been happily married 43 years and she is beautiful inside and out.

Sooner or later, she either learns to value these man or simply picks whoever’s available as age starts to catch up with her. She’s not wrong, nor is he.. it’s just how our society works today. Still, parenting could play a stronger role. Many of these girls grow up valuing excitement and comfort — the thrill of unpredictability, the perks of attention, sometimes even support from older men and call it ‘enjoying life’. And to be fair, it’s just a choice, just like some lads waste their 20s chasing parties and end up with no money, no home, no plan. Different choices, same rule: every path has consequences. The real problem is when people ignore that and act shocked when the bill comes due.

OMG, Pat was such a nice guy who was going to stay loyal to her. He literally said he’d choose Eva without even glancing at the Latina girl. Again, I think this shows that girls don’t always want nice guys. Maybe that’s why sometimes a “bad boy” vibe wins over the guy who’s just being loyal and dependable.

You guys are going to *hate me* for this, but... IMO: Eva is a typical hot girl (at ASU), and Pat is just "too nice". She needs a toxic narcissist guy (like her ex) who can put her on an emotional roller coaster with lots of ups and downs and solid banter, who also keeps her guessing at every turning point and puts a little bit of mystery into it. And the occasional gashlightning makes her think that she is the problem, so she is hooked, you know, all that good stuff. Pat can't handle that; don't get me wrong, he can physically (with those abs!), but in terms of character & personality, he is just too nice for her. And the *Sugar Daddy turned BF part*!? Sorry, Pat, I love you, but nice guys finish last... She just got the ick from Pat's niceness; Pat has figured out the life part, but he still hasn't learned the language of women. The emotional stability and calmness offered by Pat is not just gonna cut it for her ATM; she'll be sad she missed out on you after 30, but she is just 23. Good luck and all the best. When i was dating, i experienced this a lot actually. I guess every man did experience this at some point. I think it is pure hypocrisy when she first said that they have so many similarities, but then she said they have not. She said she has high standards and when asked for specifics: "he just have to be nice to me"... and so on. She does not tell the real and most likely monetary reason (she had a relationship with her narcissistic sugardaddy before?! Does that not tell all?)
