That’s literally one of the main ideas for communism^^ the means of production are in the workers hands Haven’t watch this movie so I’m gonna watch this one with you for the first time hehe 🌚🤝🏽

2025-12-27 15:49:24 +0000 UTCsaw this opening weekend and i still can’t stop thinking about these boys. beautiful and brutal, it broke something in me. edit now that i’ve watched: glad you enjoyed it! not sure if you picked up on it or not but i think the implication is meant to be that pete dies in the end. if you notice after he shoots the major all the singing and crowd disappear. he was likely shot right after he fired. it’s sad but i think fitting because he’s someone who never had anyone so losing the one person that he really loved was his breaking point. ray sacrificed himself because pete could still see the light but losing ray is what took that from him. he probably wouldn’t have been the same person anymore if he’d lived.
