Patreon 2020 and 2021 Updates

It’s hard to believe it’s been another year, but here we are! I know I kind of went silent for both of November and December, but if you’ve followed me on Twitter or Tumblr you’ll have seen I’m still active, just it’s been a busy two months.

My sister had her wedding, and it was fantastic! But it was easily one of the most busy I’ve been in a long time. Combine that with the fact that my Partner came in from out of state to spend a week with me, I didn’t get much of anything done in December. Especially with Commissions taking up a huge chunk of my free time space, and just Christmas in general.

But more importantly, something really big happened in 2020!

I became the Head Writer for a Visual Novel Project: Repurpose! 

The hope is to get it finished by Mid to Fall of next year, and part of that means I gotta buckle down and get some writing done! As well as other behind-the-scenes tasks I’m not allowed to talk about at the moment, but yes! A real game production I’m getting paid pretty well for to work on!

This doesn’t mean I’ve given up on Fate of the Lost Princess anytime soon, but it IS going to take more time to work on and produce while I’m working on Repuprose, which is the main reason it’s been delayed till February, and might be delayed more depending on circumstances.

I’m really sorry those has been late, as you can imagine life has been hectic. But the pictures have been sketched, I just have to ink and color them. And in all likelihood I will try to have a total of THREE Thank You pinups in January as a thank you for keeping food on my table and me able to keep working on my projects.

In terms of productivity, 2020 was fantastic for me. I mostly achieved the goals I set out for at the start, and while I’ve faltered a bit at the end, the 3 Month Holiday Rush does tend to be like that. The rest of the world has gone to Hell, but at least there’s some hopeful light around the corner, and you guys helped make 2020 a great year for me!

So what will 2021 look like?

Well the start of the year will be slow, but moving forward I’m hoping to keep Fate of the Lost Princess updated, twice a week would be best but if I have to move to a once a week format I think I might be able to manage that with all of my other responsibilities as well. The important thing to me is to keep the story moving, rather than keeping it stagnant.

I’m also considering possibly putting it on Webtoons, since I’ve been recommended to do that several times, but we’ll see when/if I get around to that.
