As you know, the Android version usually comes out a little later, precisely to avoid players having to make multiple downloads due to possible patches.
I configured the server as much as I could to speed up the download, paid for an extra package to enable CDN (a feature that redistributes content to other servers to speed up the download), but even so, in the tests I did, the download time remains relatively high... ranging from 20 minutes to one hour. 🤔
I still don't know exactly what causes this difference, probably the day of the week and the time of the attempt. Perhaps it's the model of Android phone I use to test it, which is not one of the most recent ones...
But that's all I can do for now.
The plan for the future is to start making a “light” version of the game for Android with images in 1280 x 720 resolution (currently 1920 x 1080). In tests, the folder size decreases by approximately 40% to 50%... and there isn't much difference in terms of resolution when running on smaller mobile screens.
This should help with the download time issue.

I always make it clear that the game is in development, so any help that comes to polish and improve the game is welcome. I'll take a look at this cast issue... I hadn't heard any reports about this error before. As for the game not running on Windows 10, which version of Windows are you using? From what I've been reading, the new versions of Ren Py (game development engine) only support 64-bit versions. So if your system is 32-bit, the game really won't run. Unfortunately, we have to keep up with the evolution of Ren Py, because if I use older versions (which still run on 32-bit), I won't be able to meet the new requirements, especially on Android, which has serious limitations on older versions of Ren Py.

2025-09-01 12:18:05 +0000 UTCYeah~ I eventually got the android version to download on my phone. Took about 40+ minutes, and it seems to be working nicely. I haven't encountered any huge glitches yet (knock on wood). Only one where I enter the "cast" from the main menu - it gives me an error screen and I'm unable to go back. Then I have to reopen the game, and that will take a long time too. If I encounter any issues as I play, I'll make sure to report it here. ^^ PS. About the win10 issue on PC (where the game doesn't play on any other windows lower than 10) I do prefer playing on PC, but if there's no workaround other than playing the android version, then I'll take that. It's better than not being able to play at all~ TvT Sorry for being such a nuisance - I got really sad when the game couldn't play on my laptop... and might have had a meltdown~ xDD It's all good now, since the android version is working~ hehe Thank you so much for creating this incredible game, and sharing it with us!! <3

2025-09-01 04:17:22 +0000 UTCI don't usually play on Android, but if I remember correctly, to save on Android, you need to click on the menu at the bottom center of the screen... it appears in very small letters and may not be visible in all scenes. Depending on the background image, it can be almost imperceptible.
