Thanks to the invaluable help of a player who analyzed Paul's story code and discovered an error when changing the value of a variable, it became clear why some people were unable to buy David.

The error occurs when the player first plays Paul's story without starting David's story (or with it still in the beginning). And when it came time to decide whether to buy or share Paul, he chose to buy Paul just for himself.

At that moment, instead of applying the correct variable for Paul, due to a mistake in typing the wrong name, the game was applying the variable for David.

In other words, the game understood that it was David who was being sold, and this ended his story prematurely.

At the same time, Paul's story also had an error because even though it progressed normally, it did not have the correct status, which affected the following scenes.

Version 10.2 corrects this and it is now available for download.

Unfortunately, for those who have already advanced in David and Paul's story and ended up choosing these alternatives, this correction will not change the situation, as it refers to a variable that has already been created and saved.

The only solution is to download the corrected version, return to a save prior to that choice, and repeat the scene, causing the correct variable to be created.

For everyone else who chose all the other alternatives except this problematic one, the game continues as normal.

Sorry for the trouble, but this one was more difficult and took much longer to fix. 😕
