Where are you downloading the game from? The official download link is: https://malehunter.itch.io/males-hunter-daily-adventure And I can guarantee that the release is 9.1.3. If you downloaded the game from there recently and it still isn't updating, I think it's something to do with the installation. Perhaps you should delete the old game you already installed. (The game, of course, not the save folder, which is located elsewhere.) But if you downloaded the game from some forums... for example, from https://f95zone.to, the links there depend on the moderators to be updated. So I can't guarantee that all the links on all the download servers are the latest version.
