Partnership With Aethon Books
Added 2025-08-24 21:56:21 +0000 UTCAs many of you know, TBATE has now concluded as a weekly webnovel. The next step in its journey is transforming the story into fully-fleshed out books. We’re already working with Rocketship to bring premium print editions of the novel to life, and I’m thrilled to announce my partnership with Aethon Books, a Scifi & Fantasy Publisher known for publishing hit series such as He Who Fights with Monsters and The Primal Hunter, to revamp the eBook and bring it exclusively to Kindle & Kindle Unlimited for the first time. The books will be getting another round of professional edits along with new covers (don’t worry, the old covers will still be inside the books). The relaunch happens in March 2026 so mark your calendars!
What This Means:
- No loss of your current editions: If you already purchased any TBATE eBooks or plan to purchase now until the relaunch, you will not lose access to those copies. You’ll keep your purchased editions in your library.
- Volume 12 timeline: We’re targeting May 2026 for the eBook version.
FAQ
Q: What happens to my previously purchased eBooks?
A: Nothing changes! You’ll keep your purchased editions in your Kindle library.
Q: Can I still purchase eBooks before the relaunch?
A: Yes! Any purchases made now will remain in your library even after we transition to Kindle Unlimited.
Q: Will the relaunch change the content of the books?
A: Aethon’s editions will feature updated cover art and refinements to the prose for an even better reading experience. Each eBook will also include the original novel cover inside as a special homage to the series’ roots.
Q: Will the series still be available outside of Amazon?
A: The eBooks will become exclusive to Amazon when it relaunches on Kindle Unlimited. However, audiobook and paperback editions will continue to be available elsewhere. TBATE will be available on Tapas as a webnovel until February 2026.

Now that TBATE is no longer updating on a weekly basis and Tapas is a web serial platform, I felt it was the best time to take the story to a “new platform” (TBATE has always been on kindle but never on KU)
