First of all, I’m glad y’all enjoyed the chapter! Love seeing your comments both on here and on discord. It really brings to life what I envisioned this community to be! I wanted to bring up the Google Drive that’s been circulating this week with the Patreon-only chapters.
First off, thank you for being in my corner. I would never have found this out if you guys hadn’t brought this up, and I see even some of you trying to track this person down xD
I’ll be taking measures to take the Google Drive down and enforce legal measures if need be. Not because this cuts into my earnings, but because it’s unfair for you guys, especially here. Maybe the GDrive reuploader thinks he’s a “Robinhood” kind of figure for giving chapters away, but it takes away from the support you’ve shown me and the reciprocity I want to show for you guys going out of your way to helping me support my work!
Even after taking my novel to Tapas, I’ve kept my promise of always having my novel available for free for those who have been with me since my days on RoyalRoad and Gravitytales. That means maintaining a website and uploading a new chapter every friday. On top of that, the novel is available under Wait-For-Free on Tapas so you can technically read almost all of the novel for free legally.
So to person pirating and stealing my chapters of TBATE and spreading it, you’re not helping the poor, you’re encouraging the lazy and impatient.
Again, thank you for bringing this up to me. I hope you continue to be here as the TBATE universe expands!

2021-09-02 15:57:25 +0000 UTCjust don't let the story drag on nico and tass, at worst their fate will be to decide in the conquest of dicathen, its better to propose a more global scenario. for example, in the novel (The Second Coming of Gluttony) the author has created a political scheme that encompasses everyone in a scenario of war for everyone's success.

2021-05-01 02:19:44 +0000 UTCUnfortunately manga sites are a bit harder to deal with than a circulating google drive which can easily be traced to a single account. Pirate sites have so many sneaky ways to avoid being taken down. One such being mirror sites, once one goes down another just pops up.

When you publish these books you sell the entire book for $10ish? I understand supporting an author but I’d imagine we probably should get more than 1 chapter per week if we are paying $60 per year
