October/November Update

hello little birds!!  happy almost-Halloween!  it's BAT SEASON and also SKELETON SEASON as well as GHOST SEASON, all at the same time!  And you know what that means... it's really fucking loud and frightening outdoors at all times!  skeletons and bats and ghosts everywhere, destroying everything!  hooraaaay!

just wanted to post a quick update to let you all in on a few bits of news.  the first, which you may have already heard, is that one week from today I'll be in New York for No Quarter 2017 !  how wild is that?  i was commissioned to create a semi-multiplayer game, which will be on public display at the Starr Space Gallery in Brooklyn on 11/3 from 6pm to I think midnight.  so if you happen to live in the area, or could get there easily, come say hi!  i'll likely be terrified and out of my depth so if you come along and say "Hey I give you money every month and it's all going to be okay," it'll put my frightened, feathered soul at ease.  i'm hopefully bringing markers to draw things on people with, so come get inked and let me thank you in person for being so wonderful to me!  details in the above link!

the second bit of news is holy shit you've almost gotten me to my $1,000 a month milestone, that's AMAZING.  it might even actually BE that already, I don't know, Patreon numbers don't update sometimes!  i... honestly never thought it would happen?  but here we are, thanks to all of you.  as a way of saying thank you, I'm going to be putting together something special.  once, a very long time ago, before I was developing games and was instead working at a lonesome gas station on an awkwardly difficult street corner in the middle of nowhere, i wrote a one-page design document for a spooky game called 'Haunt The House.'  it's trite and kitschy and embarrassing and I'm going to make it.  so that's something to... look... forward to?
