Mhysa's xmls are very old and use invalid conditions. Please find an updated version or use something elseI use Multitool and get Black screen with error on game start
or Fatal Error on game launch
or Error windows on game launch:
1. Multitool > QoL & GcD > Check the "Disable Updates" at top right
2. Multitool > Plugins > Disable "Auto update" at bottom right
3. Go to plugins folder and check that it has these
bnspatch.dll
bnsnogg.dll
hellokitty.dll from this patreon
loginhelper.dll from this patreon
multitool_qol.dll from patreon (you have that? delete this file if not)4. Delete everything else
(EU/NA) In-game login says "Failed to connect":
NCSoft added an IP/PC check. Log out and log back in Purple 1 time, then loginhelper will woork again(EU/NA) In-game login says "Server is on maintenance":
NCSoft bug, just click Enter Game again.
This happens with Purple too. But with Purple you need to restart your whole game to try again
