If only she was aware of how badly Neo's fan had a more lewd photo in mind later on, she would have been reluctant, or at the very least, offered a question or two into the intentions of Neo's fan. Ruby did none of that, and she wasn't about to back out of the request after having already given her word, Neo was more than happy with the turn of events.
